New tourist complex in João Pessoa will provide 3,560 jobs

The complex was launched on the 5th of November, by Governor João Azevêdo, at the João Pessoa Convention Center.  According to the government, the Cabo Branco Tourist Complex will be the largest planned tourist complex in the Northeast.

The first stage of the João Pessoa tourist complex will involve five plots for the construction of hotels and resorts, three of which are facing the sea, one for the river area and one in front of the Convention Center. The construction of the projects foresees the generation of 3,560 direct, indirect and induced jobs and a financial movement of R $ 355 million in Paraíba.

The head of the state Executive said that the Cabo Branco Tourist Complex is equipped with all the infrastructure for installing the resorts and is based on environmental sustainability.

“I have no doubt that this undertaking will be a success because Paraíba has shown Brazil the ability to carry out public management with efficiency, development, results and social inclusion.
