11,000 seats will be offered from December 2023 to January 2024 on flights to João Pessoa airport. João Pessoa Airport will receive an increase of 10 charter flights per week during the high season, after a partnership between the Government of Paraíba and the airline company Azul Viagens.
Chartered flights are carried out at customized times, dates and segments. During the high season, between December and January, the airline will offer 10 flights a week, departing from Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Congonhas, Uberlândia, São José do Rio Preto and Ouro Preto.
With the new chartered flights, the Brazilian Hotel Industry Association (Abih) in Paraíba expects an occupancy of 85% to 90% in the hotel network during the high season.
