João Pessoa has the 2nd tallest building in Brazil and the 1st in the Northeast, points out Skyscraper Center

João Pessoa has the 2nd tallest building in Brazil, according to information taken from the Skyscraper Center ranking, database of the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The building was built in the Altiplano neighborhood.

The building is 182.3 m high and has 54 floors, divided into residential, commercial and business use. According to the Skyscraper Center, among the works that have already been completed in the country, the Tour Geneve is only behind the Orion Business & Health Complex, which is 191.5 m long and located in Goiânia, in the state of Goiás.
