Paraiba, known worldwide for its tourist potential from the coast to the hinterland, will soon be home to the largest planned tourist pole in the Northeast.
The Cabo Branco Tourist Complex, comprising a privileged area on the seafront of João Pessoa, covers an area of 654 hectares and is surrounded by Parque das Trilhas, the largest environmental reserve in Paraiba.
Between the sea of the South coast and the green of the Atlantic forest, the complex will have hotels for events, tourist entertainment, commerce and services.
Currently, the project already counts on the Convention Center, with more than 48 thousand m² of built area, and with capacity to receive large national and international events. The Project has 35 plots that will be made available in stages (see picture above).
